This is a regular hangout for our friends. 40 cent wings on Wednesday are a terrific deal. The wings are insanely large. The bartenders are always great. My only complaint is the large amount of kids that are always there.

My first time here and a very good experience. My wife has been here with work colleagues as she works just up the street. They came for happy hour and when she got home she raved about the great cocktails and these bleu cheese chips that she said she knew I'd love. Last night we came for happy hour with a friend and her little boy, and man was she spot on (like always.) We took advantage of the 2 for 1 Smirnoff cocktails. I got a Mr. Pibb and coconut vodka and it was perfectly balanced while she had pineapple vodka with orange juice. The loaded fries were so spectacular, loaded with bleu cheese bacon and balsamic vinegar glaze. We also had the Jaguar fries which are loaded with cheese bacon and served with ranch for dipping. The remarkable thing about the fries is that usually when you get cheese fries the fries get soggy and usually are lost flavor-wise, not here they weren't. They were crispy and the seasoning blend they use is so good. There is some kind of light spice to it that really dances on the palate. Service was great, and the place was clean. I will certainly be back to this place as the vibe was friendly and the food was tasty and since we were there at happy hour it was really affordable ($20 for three cocktails, one soda, one chocolate milk and two huge appetizers.

Great sports bar/restaurant with very tasty food selections and friendly wait staff. We were a large group (13) and they handled us with ease. The food was served hot and was a pretty good size portion. I opted for The Rhino, a blackened chicken with pepperjack cheese, bacon and honey mustard served on a fresh roll and a side of French fries. I would certainly order it again. Oh...the fried pickles are also amazing.

I think 2.5 stars is fair. I ordered the blackened fish tacos, which in comparison to some other fish tacos I've had in the past, actually had a reasonable amount of fish in them for the price. It comes with chips and salsa and I opted for the kettle chips made in house, which were good. There were five of us and we first shared the Jaguar Fries, which are basically cheese fries. These, too, were nothing special, but good since the fries were crisp and had a definite potato taste to them. Overall, the service was very very off and one of the guests was served a cold chicken sandwich on a cold bun. Not just warm or less than warm, they were cold. Okay for what it is, pub grub, but nothing special to run back to. Oh, turn up the lights!

Bogey's is a great neighborhood sports bar for locals to gather. I've been here a few times over the years and always enjoyed myself. It' standard bar fare of wings, burgers & more, but it never disappoints. Stopped in the other night to grab a beer and a snack with my husband when we were out running errands. Cold beer, hot Jaguar (cheese) fries, friendly barkeep made for an enjoyable break from our regular routine. I'll have to remember next time I want to get out of the house on a sunny afternoon, but don't want to go to far that I can walk right down the street and saddle up to the bar at Bogey's.

We were in the area and stopped by another nearby restaurant at about 4pm only to be informed that they were in the middle of lunch & dinner, and only serving bar items at the time. So then we stumbled upon this unsuspectingly wonderful sports bar. We were graciously welcomed and seated promptly in a comfortable booth, and informed that appetizers were 1/2 price (except seafood) until 6pm. We decided to try the pork nachos, which were Surprisingly delish, and would bring us back to this place again alone. Then we had the Caribbean sandwich, a pork with pickled onions and citrus cole slaw delight!!! The to top it all off our service was exceptional, and Valerie did not miss a beat! And, the price was quite affordable, especially for location. We will be back to this wonderful spot soon! Thank you~

Bogey grill is just what you want when you think of "sports bar". It's casual, kids are welcome, food is very good and inexpensive. The staff really goes out of the way to please, and even though it can be hectic and loud, there's no better place to be on a Gator saturday or a Jaguar sunday. Good choice in PVB.

Love this place! Consistent with food preparation and the staff are all great. The "new" caribbean sandwich with pork, pickled onions and citrus cole slaw is outstanding. Wings are meaty, moist and flavorful and the ranch dressing is as good as it gets (like Cruiser's). Worth the visit!!

Sorry Bogey but you had a really bad day today. Went for the half-price appetizers from four until 6 PM and ordered the Jaguar fries which were super delicious - hot and crisp. Decided to sit outside and enjoy the breeze which was nice. But then you have to worry about those smokers which is a drag for us non-smokers. The catchup on our table was nearly empty so we grabbed one from another table. It was very watery and oozing bubbles - don't think that's a good thing to eat with a tomato base. We both ordered the same entree because it was so good last time - the Caribbean sandwich which has pork, pickled onions and citrus coleslaw. Gross! Honestly, they were not edible. They were lukewarm, and everything was extremely dry. If you look at my last yelp about it, I raved about it so this is a definite flip-flop but hey, that's what we're here for, to make you aware. The woman beside us stated that her shrimp appetizer was extremely over cooked and very hard. I heard someone say they had a new cook so maybe that's it but guys, figure it out! I'm going to have to take a break from this one for a while until they figure it out. So we went over to Pusser's and enjoyed our meal.

I normally don't review casual restaurants, but this family-friendly place is great for the whole gang. The kids love the game area, and for some reason a dollar lasts a lot longer here than most other places with video game machines. The full bar is great for gameday, along with the dozens of TVs. We LOVE Liz, the server. We're always happy when we are in her section. Best stuff on the menu for kids? Honey mustard wings and Cuban sandwiches. For adults? Cajun chicken pasta (ask for it spicy), and a side of the Caesar salad. The Sterling Chardonnay isn't bad for a choice of wine, after all, this isn't supposed to be a foodie joint, it's a casual neighborhood experience. Oh, and it's nice to see a place so involved with all the local athletic associations. Great job, and cheers!

If there weren't so few restaurants in this town I would never come here....it's a pit... When you first walk in you'll swear that you're in a truck stop.... However I never saw a sign for "showers out back" or "truckers welcome" but they might just be well hidden....

Love the sauce on their wings. Fun place to watch sports and great menu items. We like sitting at the bar. The bartenders are great. They are also supportive of local charities. They were generous donors to Flip Your Wig a cause that raised money for The Donna Foundation and women living with breast cancer. Good food and good people? My kinda place to be.

If you are in the Ponte Vedra area and want to sit outside and watch some sort of sporting event, with a bunch of friends, having a couple of beers, Bogey isn't too bad of an establishment. The food is definitely typical bar fare, but I for me, after a day at Micklers Beach just up the road, a cold beer and a couple of Dry Jerk Rubbed chicken wings really do hit the spot. Plus, I can choose to sit outside with my sandy flip flopped feet. I have been to Bogey's a few times with some pretty good sized parties and I will have to say that the service has never been what I call stellar. But with smaller groups of 5 or 6 the service seems to get a bit better. I find the inside really dark and loud between all of the video games, televisions and kids so my preference is sitting outside on the porch. Take note if you want to watch some sporting event the outdoor TV's are a little smaller in the porch area. Service: Meh... Food: Typical Bar Grub Beer: Cold! Bonus: Close to my favorite Beach!

THE place to take a date in the St. Augustine area if the stains on your date's wifebeater outnumber his/her teeth. Bogey Grille is located tastefully in the parking lot of a tire sales establishment, so you know right away they didn't waste all their cash on a fancy location; what they wanted to focus on was the food! And what food indeed! Our order of ULTIMATE NACHOS (with Chicken) came out in a timely matter, and none of this throwing it in a microwave and bringing out half-melted cheese crap--you know they spent plenty of time on a plate of nachos when the visible chips are half-blackened with char. The table behind us had a difficult time choosing from Bogey's extensive menu, so they asked the roly-poly working their table about the chicken noodle soup. She had excellent things to say about it, from "it's clear" to "it's like Campbell's, actually it is Campbell's". The gentleman, clearly of discerning taste, went ahead and ordered it. MM-MM GOOD, am I right folks? Taking a break from this chipper attitude, avoid Bogey if you are a fan of "eating". The food is nothing whatsoever to write home about, smacking of Costco ingredients thrown together on a plate. It's also around 10 bucks per item, a laughable toll for this dreck. Each booth has a video game monitor taking up half the table, which makes the distinct buzzing drone of an Everglades fanboat, which I guess could be said to be atmosphere. The only positive thing was that the Guinness was well-poured and headed, which is the least one can expect, I suppose, for a pint set at two dollars above the average restaurant. It's just a crappy sports-bar chain for white trash families and their packs of "oops-Darlene-ah-swears-it-wus-on-tha-whole-time" children. Don't waste your time or money.

not a favorite of mine, it's as great place to bring the 3 kiddies for dinner but that is not what makes a good place for me. food is frozen low end sysco . they do have a large bar and TVs and on football days the place is busy but for dinner there are much better places to go

I always have a great experience when I take the family to Bogey's. The kids can play in the game room and my husband and I can enjoy our Sunday NFL games. We're huge burger and wing people and have tried wings all around town and by far, Bogey's wings are the best! Definitely the biggest. We recommend the Thai-Jerk grilled. Don't let one person's bad experience deter you away. It's the best sports bar at the beach with plenty of TV's, fair priced food and a well-knowledged staff. The bartenders rock and the owner and GM are always friendly and helpful.
